The Brief
The BCC’s legacy website was built on Drupal 7, approaching end-of-life and creating growing challenges around usability, security, and membership management. The goal was to modernise the platform with an accessible, compliant design that streamlined renewals, events, and communication while reducing the admin workload for a small team.

- Modernised platform: Complete rebuild in Drupal 10 with a future-proof, accessible, and responsive design.
- Automated membership management: Integrated Stripe, GoCardless, and BACs for seamless subscriptions, renewals, and invoicing.
- Improved engagement: A searchable member directory and updated CryoDiary events hub, making it easier for users to find suppliers, resources, and industry events.
